A review about Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief

Percy Jackson is just a regular student until he found out that he was a demigod. Half man half god and the son of Poseidon. He had a protector named Grover. Percy was accused of stealing the bolt of Zeus and is chased all throughout the movie by monsters from greek mythology. He was saved by his protector Grover and they fled along with his mom. During the travel to a boot camp for demigods they faced a minotaur sent by Hades and Percy's mom was taken hostage by Hades. Percy killed the minotaur and they fled to the boot camp where all demigods like Percy trained. There they met Annabeth the son of Athena, Mr. Brunner/Chiron the head of the boot camp and Luke the son of Hermes. During boot camp Percy became a member of the red squid led by Luke. They played a capture the flag war game and fought through enemy lines until Percy and Annabeth fought for the win. Annabeth almost won the match until Percy heard a voice that said water will give him power. Percy went for water and his wounds healed and he got power he fought Annabeth and won the match and Percy captured the flag. During the celebration over the win Hades sprang out of nowhere and was looking for Percy forcing him to turn over the lightning bolt to him. Percy had no choice but to confront Hades and they talk and agreed to met in the underworld. Percy then fled the boot camp knowing that only 3 pearls are the exit to the underworld. They look for the 3 pearls and fought through monsters to get them. They then went to the underworld and met Hermes not having the bold but all of a sudden the shield that Luke gave to Percy shined and there was the bold of Zeus. The wife of Hades then struck Hades and gave the bolt to Percy. Percy freed his mother but there was only 3 pearls. Grover being the protector decided to be left in the underworld. Percy, Annabeth and His mom them step at the pearls and left the underworld going to the entrance to mount Olympus. When they got there Luke appeared and they fought for the possession of the bolt Percy won and took the bolt to Zeus stopping a great war of the gods from starting. The end.
